ATLAS RELIABILITY TESTING PROGRAM. SEARCH FOR CRITICAL WEAKNESSES ON SERIES B MISSILEBORNE COMPONENTS,

Abstract

This report summarizes the test results achieved from 74 different types of Series B components subjected to the Search for Critical Weaknesses Test Program. The test summary of each component consists of a Reliability Test Evaluation report and a Failue Summary Chart. Wherever possible, photographs have been included. The Reliability Test Evaluation Report summarizes the component performance data under the different environmental severity levels. The Failure Summary Chart shows the number of specimens tested, environmental conditions to which the component was exposed, performance of the component under different environmental severity levels, and the number and types of failures incurred by the different specimens. The photographs show, for the most part, test setups, and wherever applicable, damaged components. (Author)
