PRODUCTION ENGINEERING MEASURE FOR SUBMINIATURE HIGH-RELIABILITY CERAMIC CAPACITORS.

Abstract

The status of the Phase I Acceptance Tests, the Phase I Qualification Tests, and the Phase II Accelerated Life Test is discussed. The analysis of the failures to date in the accelerated life test is described, a tentative probable cause is presented, and remedial modifications of the production process are recommended.
