SCHOTTKY BARRIER X-BAND VIDEO DETECTORS FOR HIGH-SENSITIVITY HIGH-BURNOUT APPLICATIONS.
Abstract
Progress is reported on a program to develop an X-band detector diode with both high sensitivity and high burnout. The target specifications are a nominal detectable signal of -55 dBm with a 10 MHz bandwidth and a burnout capability at 500 mW.
