PRELIMINARY OPERATING AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS FOR LAUNCHER PNEUMATIC BOOSTER UNIT D (R AND D) SERIES

Abstract

This manual provides preliminary operating and maintenance instructions for the D (R and D) series launcher pneumatic booster unit. This unit consists of a two-stage, direct acting, piston-type compressor. The compressor is actuated by hydraulic power from a fixed displacement-type pump. The booster unit supplies compressed gas to the missile and launcher components.
