AN INVESTIGATION OF THE INTERCHANGE OF TENSILE CREEP FOR COMPRESSIVE CREEP. PART II. ADDITONAL STUDIES.

Abstract

A summary and an interpretation of the results of an investigation of tensile and compressive-creep behavior of several materials is presented. Data were obtained for 1100-0 aluminum, 2024-T4 aluminum alloy, 17-7PH (TH 1050) stainless steel, and C-130 AM titanium alloy. (Author)
