ASTRONAUTICS HYDRAULIC SERVO CYLINDER 'MOOG' 'D' SERIES, VIBRATION TESTING AND LIFE TESTING,

Abstract

The object of the test was the design evaluation of the 'Moog' booster servo-cylinder under vibration and life cycling. The booster servo-cylinders tested are part of the autopilot system. They control the gimbaling of the booster rocket engines and are mounted in pairs, 90 degrees apart. (Author)
