OPERATIONAL GROUND SUPPORT EQUIPMENT PLAN FOR 'E' SERIES SILO CONCEPT STRATEGIC MISSILE SQUADRONS (OPERATIONS ENGINEERING),

Abstract

This plan establishes and describes the operational ground support equipment requirements for operational support of 'E' Series Missiles in the 100 psi hard 9 x 1 Silo Unitary Squadron configuration concept. The requirements and ground support equipment systems, as described are typical to the silo concept and accomplish missile inspection, checkout, maintenance and countdown to launch in chronological sequence through the normal progression of the missile from the factory to launch readiness status and countdown.
