Abstract
A gas chromatographical method was developed for the separation and determination of the individual substances forming, on the one hand, with methyldichlorosilane, and on the other hand, with vinyltrichlorosilone production through the reaction of vinylchloride with trichlorosilane. The separation of all components of the mixtures to be analyzed was obtained and the quantitative determination of the individual substances was accomplished. The method was tested on a complete series of synthetically produced mixtures and on a series of test samples from the production of the substances mentioned above. (Author)
