SOME BIOPHYSICAL RESEARCH IN MOSCOW AND LENINGRAD,

Abstract

The report describes some activities at the Institute of Chemical Physics, the Laboratory of Biophysics at the Institute of Virology, both in Moscow, USSR, and the Faculty of Physics at the Leningrad State University, Leningrad, USSR. In particular, Soviet research in free radicals is described, as well as certain features of Soviet higher education. A number of comments and suggestions are given regarding arrangements for liaison visits in the USSR. (Author)
