A NEW VOLATILE BUFFER FOR ELECTROPHORETIC CHROMATOGRAPHY,

Abstract

Ethylene-diamine acetate is suggested as a volatile buffer which can hold the pH unaltered during the process of concentration. Its advantages are compared with the drawbacks of other volatile buffers in electrophoretic and chromatographic procedures. (Author)
