SCEPTRE SUPPORT. VOLUME I. REVISED SCEPTRE USER'S MANUAL.

Abstract

SCEPTRE is a FORTRAN IV computer program written for the IBM 7090/94 Data Processing System to provide circuit analysts with a tool for automatically computing the transient responses of large electrical networks. The versatility and features of this program facilitate the addition of the component radiation effects required to determine circuit responses in radiation environments. SCEPTRE is capable of performing both d-c steady state and transient analyses independently or in an automated initial conditions transient analysis mode. (Author)
