HIGH TEMPERATURE TEST ON THE MOD III GUIDANCE ANTENNA FOR THE MERCURY VEHICLE,

Abstract

An analysis of the Mercury vehicle guidance antenna indicates that it will experience considerable aerodynamic heating. The purpose of this report is to describe the test performed to determine to what extent the antenna performance will be affected when subjected to the temperatures anticipated. (Author)
