FRACTIONATION OF SERUM PROTEIN BY CM-CELLULOSE COLUMN,

Abstract

Employing CM-cellulose column, serum protein is eluted with pH 5.4 acetate buffer, and the composition of each fraction is identified by the paper electrophoresis of each fraction and the comparison of its chromatogram with that of standard albumin and globulin. (Author)
