Abstract
This Technical Information Report discusses the development of a portable, self-contained apparatus for rapidly emplacing a barbed antipersonnel obstacle. The obstacle device consists of a canister containing projectable reels of barbed tape, which can be emplaced to form an antipersonnel barrier. (Author)
