STUDY OF THE ANTIVARIOLIC VACCINE VIRUS. DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSIONS.

Abstract

The techniques discussed determined whether, in effect, the virus of antivariolic vaccine gives rise to the formation of inclusion bodies and whether these are made up of accumulations of DNA; in other words, whether they are made up of virus particles, as demonstrated by the specific staining of these particles through the fluorescent antibodies.
