IMMUNOFLUORESCENCE IN INFRAMICROBIOLOGICAL RESEARCH

Abstract

A review is presented of fluorescent antibody techniques. The method of fluorescent antibodies is based on two different phenomena, the first belonging to immunology, that is, the precipitation of the antigen-antibody complex, and the second physical, the phenomenon of fluorescence.
