AN APPARATUS FOR PERFUSION OF ISOLATED ORGANS,

Abstract

A device for perfusion of isolated organs is described, with which it is possible to perform short pulse labelling experiments or experiments on reversibility of various influences on one organ in one experiment. In principle there is a double circulation. Each circulation may be used per se to perfuse the organ, one after the other, without danger of mixing the perfusates. (Author)
