PROGRESS REPORT ON WHOI CONTRACT PO17052 OESE AND GEODYNE CURRENT METER,

Abstract

In order to increase the reliability and performance of the tape recording current meter, engineering analyses and environmental tests were conducted on a new model A-850C unit supplied by WHOI. The results of these analyses and tests are in the form of recommendations for engineering changes on the existing Geodyne unit and a performance checkout procedure to insure the quality of future units.
