Abstract

This is the first in a series of reports reviewing Soviet developments in ground-based sensors. Abstracts contained in the report were selected from Soviet open-source literature published in the second half of 1967. Information not directly related to the assigned subject has been included because of its broad implications for study in this field. (Author)
