DIAGNOSIS OF ENTEROPATHOGENIC COLIBACILLI BY FLUORESCENT ANTIBODIES

Abstract

The following is the entire content of the translated document: The authors consider an identification method for samples of enteropathogenic colibacilli by optical fluorescence. From a study of 39 cases, they showed that the sensitivity of this process is not inferior to that of the agglutination method. The identification of each sample can be made with certainty and there are no cross reactions. Because this method is less bothersome and faster, it is recommended in practice.
