CHEMISTRY OF SPECIES IN A HIGH INTENSITY ELECTRODELESS DISCHARGE,

Abstract

A system was used in the production of free radicals both by direct discharge and by reaction with atomic species. The H, O and N free atoms were prepared by discharge of the molecular species. These atoms were then reacted with different molecular species to produce other free radicals. (Author)
