USE OF IMMUNO-FLUORESCENCE FOR THE DETECTION OF THE SENSITIZATION OF MEGAKARYOCYTES

Abstract

It is now possible to objective, with the help of a fluorescent immune serum against human globulins, the fixing on a determined cell of autoantibodies, or at least substances having antigenic properties identical to those of human serum globulins. This method was applied to the study of megakaryocyte platelet sensitization.
