ISOCITRICODEHYDROGENASE ACTIVITY RETICULOCYTES AND NORMOCYTES

Abstract

The course of isocitric dehydrogenase activity runs parallel to the course of the reticulocyte rate. It is concluded that the increase in this enzyme activity constitutes a characteristic of the young, morphologically reticulated erythrocyte.
