THE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON TITANIUM, LONDON, 21-24 MAY 1968

Abstract

The International Conference on Titanium was held in London, 21-24 May 1968. About 120 papers were presented covering all aspects of the physical metallurgy of titanium and its alloys. The information developed in the past ten years has increased our understanding of titanium tremendously; several serious problems remain, notably in stress-corrosion cracking and welding.
