PLAN FOR POLYMER ASSESSMENT.
Abstract
A recommended plan is presented for the preliminary assessment of new research polymers. This plan is aimed toward providing information from a limited quantity of sample (10 - 20 g), which will indicate potential practical utility of the polymer for Navy applications. This phase of evaluation is designed to follow the fundamental structural and other basic characterization by the polymer synthesis team. (Author)
