PATHOLOGICAL RESEARCH OF ARTHRITIS EXPERIMENT - PARALLEL USE OF FLUORESCENT ANTIBODY TECHNIQUE,

Abstract

The tissue of rheumatic arthritis patient provided by Okayama University is investigated at Kogawa laboratory. When the fluid of rheumatic patient is incubated on the normal knee joint membrane and dyed with human gamma-globulin fluorescent antibody, the fluorescence is observed in surface layer cell of normal membrane and the wall of small blood-vessel underneath. And the incubation by corresponding normal fluid does not show above phenomenon. These results indicate that antigen is obtained near the surface layer of normal joint membrane and on the wall of small blood-vessel. (Author)
