Abstract
This tome was written in order to add to the existing knowledge of the natural sciences in Vietnam. With this book, student and scholars here will be able to identify more easily, thanks to the sketches, the nearly 2,000 species which they may ordinarily encounter. Each species will be briefly described in order to complement our handwritten sketches, thereby making them more reliable. (Author)
