DEVELOPMENT OF AVALANCHE OSCILLATORS AT 10 GHZ AND 18.3 GHZ.
Abstract
A new avalanche diode oscillator for X-band was evaluated and operated with high power avalanche diodes. The tuning performance is described. Power levels over 200 mW and tunability over a limited frequency range could be obtained in a Ku-band waveguide cavity. (Author)
