OPERATION OF THE UINTA BASIN SEISMOLOGICAL OBSERVATORY

Abstract

The report describes the operation of the Uinta Basin Seismological Observatory (UBSO) from 1 May 1968 through 31 July 1968. Modifications and additions to the observatory instrumentation are described, and tests to improve the operations the observatory are reported. Also discussed is the status of special investigations designed to evaluate and improve the detection capability of the observatory.
