THE FLUORESCENTMICROSCOPIC DESCRIPTION OF RICKETTSIA BURNETI AND THEIR PHOTOGRAPHIC REPRODUCTION

Abstract

With the help of the fluorescent microscope the rickettsia burneti can be produced by different materials (Antigen, vitelline sac, testicle smears) . Auramin 1:500 is especially suited as a fluorochrome.
