RESULTS OF IMMUNO-FLUORESCENCE INVESTIGATIONS USING FLUORESCEIN ISOTHIOCYANATE

Abstract

Immuno-fluorescence investigations, accomplished with the use of fluorescein isothiocyanate, are discussed. A detailed description of the production of immunoglobulin is given along with the preparation of the conjugate and tissue powder absorption, dyeing, and the evaluation of preparations. The practical application of the fluorescence microscope is discussed and the making of microphotographs is described.
