USSR CIVIL DEFENSE.

Abstract

The report is a jounralistic statement as to the present needs of the USSR on civil defense and what is being done to meet these needs. Emphasis is laid on educating the public on possible dangers and what citizens should do to cooperate. A brief statement of the organization set up by the USSR on civil defense management is included. (Author)
