A SPECIFIC TECHNIQUE OF TISSUE CULTURE FOR TITRIMETRIC VIRUS WORK,

Abstract

The technique reduced all operations of purification and cell breeding. In the case of cytopathic viruses the cell change can be ascertained by means of single shifts of the plate on the microscope table; in the hemagglutinating virus one glance is enough in order to determine the end of virus or serum activity.
