Abstract

This part of the specification establishes performance/design requirements for one design of an equipment identified as Adapter Set, Missile Assembly. This contract end item, when used in conjunction with Type MHU-70/E Adjustable Cradle-Missile Handling (FSN 1450-900-807AK), and Type MHU-89/E Workstand, 30 inch rail (FSN 4920-051-3545), provides a means of support for the AGM-65A Missile during field level maintenance and a capability for lifting the center section of the missile onto or off a workstand.
