THE DEVELOPMENT OF MICROELECTRONIC ELECTRONICALLY TUNED RECEIVER TUNER.

Abstract

The purpose of the program is to design an electronically tuned, VHF receiver tuner to determine the feasibility of using thin-film microelectronics to accomplish all receiver functions in the next generation of VHF tactical radios. Two developmental feasibility models were fabricated and tested to ensure compliance with the performance requirements. During this, the fourth and last quarter, the completed tuner was checked out, successfully acceptance tested, and delivered. (Author)
