MINIATURE MICROWAVE PARAMETRIC AMPLIFIER.

Abstract

The purpose of this contract was threefold. (1) To develop a miniature X-band parametric amplifier. (2) To develop a Ka-band avalanche diode oscillator for the pump. (3) Integrate the paramp with a receiver previously developed.
