MOBILITY SPECTROGRAMS OF NATURAL ATMOSPHERIC IONS FOR THE REGION OF SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED IONS,

Abstract

Mobility spectrograms of natural atmospheric ions, measured with an aspiration type mobility spectrometer in the laboratory, are shown in diagrams. The aspiration system consists of a cylindric condenser with single divided inner electrode and circular ion gap. The theoretical resolving power of the system is A = K sub g/delta K = 1.45.
