ELECTROPHORESIS IN POLYVINYL-ALCOHOL GEL

Abstract

It was found that electrophoresis in polyvinyl-alcohol, although not completely equivalent to that in polyacrylamide, is entirely possible and can accordingly be employed as an alternative method in certain cases, e.g. difficulties of procurement of polyacrylamide.
