THE PRIMARY PROTEIN STRUCTURE OF TEMPERATURE-SENSITIVE MUTANTS OF TOBACCO MOSAIC VIRUS. 2. CHEMICALLY INDUCED MUTANTS (DIE PRIMARE PROTEINSTRUKTUR TEMPERATUR-SENSITIVER MUTANTEN DES TABAKMOSAIKVIRUS. II. CHEMISCH INDUZIERTE MUTANTEN),

Abstract

The protein structure of temperature-sensitive mutants of tobacco mosaic virus isolated after treatment with nitrous acid was determined. The results obtained for 15 mutants are discussed with relation to the spatial structure of the virus rod.
