ICRPG ONE-DIMENSIONAL KINETIC NOZZLE ANALYSIS COMPUTER PROGRAM,

Abstract

Complete documentation for the One-Dimensional Kinetic Nozzle Analysis Computer Program (ODK) is presented. The program was developed as an ICRPG reference computer program for performing reference liquid propellant rocket engine performance calculations and is used as a basis for the ICRPG Simplified Performance Evaluation Procedure. The computer program calculates the inviscid, one-dimensional equilibrium, frozen and nonequilibrium nozzle expansion of gaseous propellant exhaust mixtures containing the elements carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, fluorine, and chlorine. Included in the documentation are complete descriptions of the analysis and program subroutines, a complete program user's manual, and sample program input and output. (Author)
