Abstract
This report describes the development of a manned underwater station concept capable of supporting 5 men for 30 days at depths up to 6000 feet in a one atmosphere shirt sleeve environment. Functional requirements for the various subsystems and the overall configuration are established. The rationale for selection of particular systems is presented and the integration of these systems into the station is carried out. (Author)
