THE NATURE OF THE PHOTODIODE EFFECT IN CADMIUM SELENIDE,

Abstract

The results of experiments carried to clarify the nature of the photo-emf observed in CdSe after thermal sublimation of Cu, Ag, Au, Pt, in a vacuum on its surface, are described. It is concluded that the photoelectromotive force in CdSe is of a barrier origin. (Author)
