DAISY PHOTOFLASH TEST PROGRAM,

Abstract

This report describes the Daisy Photoflash Test Program that was carried out by Contractor personnel. Light-intensity, ejection-distance, recoil-force, and fragmentation tests are described in detail. The evolution of the Daisy to its final 'non-frangible' form is also described. This final version is shown to be compatible with the Atlas missile system and generally capable of fulfilling its assigned task. (Author)
