Clark Ranger Forklift (CRF)

Abstract

The report evaluates the suitability of the Clark Ranger Forklift (CRF) for use in Vietnam. The CRF was evaluated by units of the 1st Aviation Brigade throughout Vietnam. The CRF performed well, was rugged, easy to operate, and appeared to be reliable. It was determined that the CRF was suitable for use in areas which are fairly even and free of deep soft sand.
