Description of the Data Analysis Techniques used in Evaluating the Centaur Guidance Computer, Acceptance Test Results.

Abstract

This report discusses the process used to obtain computer output data during acceptance tests and also methods used to analyze the acceptance test data. The purpose of the acceptance test is to determine whether the airborne computer, a major component of the guidance system, will operate under static and dynamic conditions. The acceptance tests consists of two types of tests: (1) bench tests and (2) tests under vibration conditions. (Author)
