Studies of Some Experimental Lubrication Parameters (Betrachtungen Ueber Einige Experimentelle Schmierungsparameter),

Abstract

In the present paper, various parameters of lubrication are examined in some detail as far as their experimental values, and as far as the reproducibility is concerned. Some aspects of the thermal equilibrium in the running bearing are treated. Some aspects of the thermal equilibrium in the running bearing are illuminated and the results noted down. Furthermore, the results of the temperature measurement at a certain point of the outer surface of the bearing housing are discussed. Also, the effect of these parameters on the calculation of the play of the bearing in the warm state is mentioned. (Author)
