Low-temperature Fluorine Chemistry.

Abstract

Several aspects of low-temperature fluorine chemistry of chlorine, nitrogen and oxygen were investigated by infrared spectroscopy, electron spin and nuclear magnetic resonance. A cryogenic inlet system for a mass spectrometer was constructed and checked out. (Author)
