Jettisonable Piggy Back Pod Door,

Abstract

The object of the test was to evaluate the piggy-back pod doors jettisoning systems, separation rates, and trajectories. The possibility of damage occurring to the pod and or missile by explosive bolt fragmentation was determined. (Author)
