The Law of the Missile Service,

Abstract

The foreign policy of the USSR is directed toward peaceful co-existence and toward averting another global war. The aggressive attitudes of the imperialists, however, necessitate the further strengthening of the Soviet defense posture, particularly as regards the Strategic Missile Forces. Combat readiness is a vital aspect of the deterent and retaliatory power of the Missile Forces, and every possible means should be employed to improve it. Continuous training and planning are two such methods. (Author)
