The Organization of the Work in Constructing the Original of a Map with Standing Instruments,

Abstract

The problem of increasing efficiency within the Central Scientific Research Institute of Geodesy, Aerial Survey and Cartography is outlined. Attention is focused on the distribution of work in the various Institute subdivisions, techniques used by the more productive workers, work organization, time loss, production quotas, and work and rest schedules, with the aim of increasing individual performances, as well as creating more closely coordinated and efficient conditions among the divisions of the Institute, with the aid of experience and statistical data.
